国際信号旗の一覧です。国際信号書米国版(1969年版)^[PDF]を参考にしたものです。灯火信号や音響等でも使えるため信号旗では使わないようなものも含まれます。拙い英語力で誤訳が多分に含まれると思われます。

注意：航行の参考に使わないこと。誤りによって金銭的・人的被害があっても一切責任を負いません。（一定条件の船舶は国際信号書の設置が法令で義務付けられています）

CB1		本船は至急援助を求む。本船は危険なほど傾いている。 I require immediate assistance; I have a dangerous list.
CB2		本船は至急援助を求む。本船は操舵装置が破損した。 I require immediate assistance; I have damaged steering gear.
CB3		本船は至急援助を求む。本船は船上で深刻な騒乱が起きている。 I require immediate assistance; I have a serious disturbance on board.
CB4		本船は至急援助を求む。本船は座礁している。 I require immediate assistance; I am aground.
CB5		本船は至急援助を求む。本船は流されている。 I require immediate assistance; I am drifting
CB6		本船は至急援助を求む。本船は火災が発生している。 I require immediate assistance; I am on fire.
CB7		本船は至急援助を求む。本船は浸水している。 I require immediate assistance; I have sprung a leak.
CB8		本船は至急援助を求む。プロペラシャフトが破損した。 I require immediate assistance; propeller shaft is broken.
CC		本船（または示した船）は緯度○○経度××（または○○の方向××の距離）にて遭難したため至急援助を求む。 （必要あれば数字を示す）0：水、1：食料品、2：燃料、3：排水装置、4：消火器具、5：医療支援、6：曳航、7：救命船、8：船の準備、9：砕氷船 I am (or vessel indicated is) in distress in lat… long… (or bearing… from place indicated, distance…) and require immediate assistance (Complements Table 2, Chapter 2, Section 10, Page 104 if required).

CF		支援を求める船・飛行機の信号は本船から……の方角にある。 Signals from vessel/aircraft requesting assistance are coming from bearing…from me (lat…long… if necessary).
CG		本船（または示された船）の援助を準備せよ。 Stand by to assist me (or vessel indicated).
CG1		本船は貴船（または示された船）の援助を準備をする。 I will stand by to assist you (or vessel indicated).
CH		援助を求めている示された船は緯度○○経度××（または示された位置より○○の方角に××の距離）にあると報告されている。 Vessel indicated is reported as requiring assistance in lat… long… (or bearing… from place indicated, distance…).
CH1		示された灯台船（または灯台）は援助を求めている。 Lightvessel (or lighthouse) indicated requires assistance.
CH2		宇宙船は緯度○○経度××に落下した。至急援助を求む。 Space ship is down in lat… long… and requires immediate assistance.
CI		緯度○○経度××にて船が座礁。援助を求む。 Vessel aground in lat… long… requires assistance.
CJ		貴船は援助を求めるか？ Do you require assistance?

CK		本船（または示された船）に対する援助は（もはや）不要である。 Assistance is not (or is no longer) required by me (or vessel indicated).
CL		本船は援助することを申し出たが断られた。 I offered assistance but it was declined.
CM		1隻以上の船が遭難した船を援助している。 One or more vessels are assisting the vessel in distress.
CM1		報告された遭難した船・飛行機は援助を受けている。 Vessel/aircraft reported in distress is receiving assistance.
CN		貴船はできるかぎり援助されたし。 You should give all possible assistance.
CN1		貴船は生存者を運ぶため至急援助されたし。 You should give immediate assistance to pick up survivors.
CN2		貴船は示された船を援助するため、救命船を送られたし。 You should send survival craft to assist vessel indicated.
CO		貴船（または示された船）を援助することはできない。 Assistance cannot be given to you (or vessel/aircraft indicated).
CO1		本船は求められた援助をすることができない。 I cannot give the assistance required.
CP		本船（または示された船）は貴船の援助を行なっている。 I am (or vessel indicated is) proceeding to your assistance.

CX4		人を下ろすためにボートを使うことができない。 Boats cannot be used to disembark people.
